Brandon Lake Shares Powerful Moment from Charlie Kirk’s Funeral Service
In case you missed it last weekend, America has been processing the tragic loss of life of a Christian and voice in politics.
As the funeral was held and broadcast live on major news networks, Brandon Lake shared that he is still just trying to process all that happened that day. He, along with Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickham, Tiffany Hudson, Cody Carnes, and Kari Jobe, were asked to open the service with worship. It was a powerful moment of unity as these worship leaders came together as one voice to lead the room.
Brandon said he doesn’t have the words to express how heavy he felt the glory of God in that moment. He explained that he simply came to honor a widow’s wishes to have two hours of worship set the stage for the celebration of her husband’s life—but what he walked away with was absolute awe of the hearts that were turning to Jesus.
