When Brooke Ligertwood’s daughter, Rooney, requested a specific cartoon character for her 6 year old birthday cake, Brooke was up for the challenge!  Brooke rolled out the fondant and made the most adorable lemon cream cheese cake for her girl!  

Brooke says she did not know what she was doing, but after we saw the photos, we are thinking she could open Brooke’s Bakery!
