Steven Curtis Chapman Talks “Remember The Day” on Fox & Friends
Steven Curtis Chapman was recently on Fox & Friends talking about a song he wrote over 20 years ago.
It’s called “Remember the Day,” and Steven wrote it in 2002, one year after the attacks on September 11th, 2001. That day, four planes were hijacked in the United States, and the attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania took the lives of nearly 3,000 people.
Steven performed “Remember the Day” at a special remembrance event in New York that year, but the song was never officially recorded.
Now, 25 years after 9/11, Steven has finally released the song.
