Chris Tomlin Makes History at The Rady Shell in San Diego

Chris Tomlin has been making some pretty big history lately. He just hit 8 billion streams, which is pretty incredible when you think about where he started! Chris recently posted that he grew up in a small town in Texas with one stoplight, and he never could have imagined what God would do with these songs.

Well, just look at where those songs are now!

Chris just wrapped up his Worship Under the Stars Tour at the Rady Shell in San Diego, and he sold out the entire 10,000-seat venue. It was the first Christian music concert ever held at the iconic venue, and thousands of people gathered to worship together as their voices echoed across the harbor.

Chris said it was his favorite concert of the year and that he was just blown away by the night.

But for Chris, it isn’t really about the numbers or even the size of the crowd. For him, the greatest privilege is hearing someone tell him, “We sing your songs at our church.”

Check out some moments from the night below!
